IHSLA Star Shines in Freshman Debut
Providence College began its 2013 lacrosse season with a 17-6 win over Wagner in Staten Island. Former New Trier standout and IHSLA All-American Jack Connelly started for the Friars in the cage and played all 60 minutes, making 6 saves and letting in 6 goals. more

York Upsets Geneva in OT, On To Lacrosse Cup
#7-seed York Dukes defeated the #6-seed Geneva Vikings 11-10 in an overtime thriller at the IHSLA B-Class Semifinal game yesterday in Geneva. The Dukes will face the heavily favored #1-seed Grayslake North Knights in the Lacrosse Cup Championship game today at 3:30PM at Palatine High School. more
