Boys' Assistant Coaches


Fremd Lacrosse is looking for (2) two strong defense-minded assistant coaches. One will be the head JV coach and Varsity assistant. One will be the head freshman coach and Varsity assistant. Looking for committed coaches who will be supported by administration, AD, parents, and players. A background check is required by District 211. Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach


St. Laurence High School is seeking a Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach. Interested candidates should have a teaching certificate or be ASEP certified. Previous coaching or college playing experience preferred. Qualified candidates should email a letter of interest and resume to Athletic Director Tim Chandler at tchandler@stlaurence.com.

St. Laurence is an all boys, Catholic high school located in Burbank, and a member of the Chicago Catholic League. Lacrosse is a school sponsored sport, not a club sport, so it has the full backing of the athletic department.

Boys' Head Varsity Coach


Great opportunity to begin or extend your lacrosse coaching and high school teaching career. Glenbrook South High School, a nationally recognized high school, located in Glenview, Illinois is looking to hire a strong teacher and head varsity lacrosse coach for the boys' program. Glenbrook South is devoted to all the necessary steps to build a state championship caliber lacrosse program. Qualifications for the position are 2-3 years experience coaching at the college or high school level or equivalent playing experience, demonstrated ability to teach and instruct the skills and game of lacrosse, and strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to relate to and successfully motivate student athletes in a leadership role. The head coach is expected to play an active role in the Glenbrook South High School community.

Responsibilities include: The head varsity coach will be expected to improve upon a comprehensive high school lacrosse program to compete successfully in Illinois' most competitive lacrosse conference. All head coaching aspects of a highly competitive program will be under your supervision including, but not limited to, game scheduling, practice planning and running of the varsity lacrosse team, setting the standards for and overseeing the JV and Freshmen programs and coaches, recruiting assistant coaches and players, training, budget management, student-athlete development, academic monitoring, rules and compliance.
